All customer inquiries are handled in the order that they are received and will be addressed as soon as possible.
ETwater Customer Care can resolve most inquiries remotely, and can assist with: technical related inquiries, check controller status, communication logs and addressing other basic questions about product. Customer Care is able to assist with payments and accounting related information.
Subscriptions can be paid using the following methods:
- Online: Subscribers can log into ETwater Manager, and remit payment via the Subscription Payment Portal. These payments are processed by PayPal; one does not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. Simply select pay with Debit or Credit and follow the online prompts.

- By Mail: Checks should be made payable to “ETwater” and reference the invoice number.

If a request is related to a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we ask that customers first report the incident to Customer Care who will work to resolve the inquiry. If an RMA is authorized, an RMA Number will be provided along with instructions specific to the case.
